These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the joyslots platform, including the website located at joyslots.bet, any associated mobile applications, and all services, games, and features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). joyslots reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any point. You agree to cooperate fully with such requests, including providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

joyslots accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Allied Bank Transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash Deposit. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at joyslots' discretion.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

By depositing funds into your joyslots account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful or criminal activity. joyslots is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities as required under applicable anti-money laundering frameworks.

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all required KYC verification steps before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. joyslots will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("return-to-source" policy).

joyslots reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, terms abuse, or where verification documentation has not been provided as requested.

joyslots offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions, Eid bonuses, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated with the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have defined validity periods. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not converted to real money within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

All betting and gaming activity on joyslots is subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (for example, cricket betting rules, slot game mechanics, or live dealer table rules) are published separately within each product section of the platform.

• All bets placed on joyslots are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, reverse, or modify a confirmed bet except where the platform explicitly provides such an option (for example, a cash-out feature on applicable sports markets).
• joyslots reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game outcome that has been affected by error, technical failure, or circumstances outside normal operating parameters.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the game state at the point of disconnection will be recorded by joyslots' servers and the session will be settled based on that recorded state.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on joyslots and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using the Service if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Opening or operating more than one account on joyslots.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the joyslots platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting intended to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.

• Closure by joyslots: joyslots may suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination for cause, joyslots reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings.
